WHY WE GATHER DATA

Information about individuals is gathered to comply with the company’s legal duties in general and with duties towards the User as far as commercial information and advertising in particular is concerned.

Personal data is essential to the order processing and it is compulsory. A refusal to give it implies LIVIANTECH’s impossibility to process any purchase order.

HOW WE USE DATA

Data is recorded, handled and transmitted both manually and automatically with aims strictly related to LIVIANTECH’s commercial aims. The Buyer commits to communicate us any possible correction, integration and/or update.

In any case data is used according to this privacy policy and in such a way that grants data safety and privacy.

HOW WE SPREAD DATA

In compliance with the Law, personal data can be communicated to the following subjects: - couriers and Ente Postale Italiano (E. P. I.) for Goods shipment

- banks, building societies and E. P. I. for payments charging

- advisors providing us with services such as accountancy, budget consultancy, fiscal fulfilments, lawyers and debt collectors

- all the subjects that are allowed by the Law to receive this data

- our collaborators and suppliers accordingly to their tasks and to our contract duties towards them

BUYER’S RIGHTS

Article 13 of Law No 675/96 grants every citizen some specific rights. The Buyer can verify with LIVIANTECH the existence of any personal data related to Him/Her and has the right to access it. The origin, logic and aim of data use can be asked for by the Buyer. The User can also have illegally used data cancelled and ask for the update, the correction or the integration of data.

BUYER’S RIGHTS BY ART. 7 OF DECREE NO 196/2003

According to the Law, the Buyer’s rights concerning personal data can be applied at any time by e-mailing LIVIANTECH at info@liviantech.com

Buyer’s access to personal data and other rights:

  1. The Buyer can verify with LIVIANTECH the existence of any personal data related to Him/Her and has the right to access it, even if not yet registered.
  2. The Buyer can receive information about

a)     Where personal data has been sourced from

b)     Why and how personal data is used

c)      What is the logic applied in case of electronic means are used

d)     Who the Owner, the person in charge and the legal Representative are (art. 5, paragraph 2)

e)     Who data are transmitted to or who can get to know it as a legal representative in Italy, as a person in charge or as an appointed.

  1. The Buyer can obtain the following:

a)     Update, correction or integration of personal data

b)     Cancellation, conversion into private form or blockage of data in case it is used against the Law, including data that must not be kept or used for the original purpose

c)      LIVIANTECH is expected to inform all the data recipients about a) and b). Although LIVIANTECH is not expected to do so in case the request fulfilment reveals impossible or the necessary means are clearly disproportionate compared to the right granted.

  1. The Buyer can oppose fully or partially to:

a)     personal data use for licit reasons or for reasons concerning the aim of data collection

b)     personal data used in order to send advertising or direct sale or to lead market surveys or commercial communication.
